Day after a 52 miler. Set out to do 42 this morning. S'posed to be an easy paced ride but got involved with some friendly competition. Holding speeds of 26 mph on the flats at times. Plenty of sprints and accelerations. Had a fellow BF'er with us so we had to return fire on the competition.

Ended up with an average of 18.16 on today's 42 miler. Gina kicked butt and broke her old PB set about a year ago!:thumb:

Nah! We wouldn't have pushed that hard if you were with us. Only hard enough to make you sweat, pant, cry, and maybe puke, but that's all! Just enough to make you work!:thumb:

You've got a lot to learn Grasshoppuh! When I train for long rides, I do it twice, hundy miles. Won't be long, you'll be doing the double SART yerself!:thumb:

Good job, Gina. 18MPH is a good pace. Holding that for 42 miles is great.
