so i recently installed new keo classics on my bike and i've found that when i'm hammering something would click once from my pedal, as if something moved. thing is, as soon as that happens, it wouldn't happen again until some time after when i decide that i want to do the same thing. i hammer, it clicks once. what's going on here? something to worry about?

also, my commuter has 23s on it now and the cyclocross that i use mainly as a roadie has slick 32s. the commuter's tires are almost dead and i need to buy new ones. any reason not to put the 32s on the commuter and just get new tires (28s, or maybe even 25s!) for the cyclocross?

thanks!

I've got the same problem on my singlespeed. At first it was just the left pedal, but as of this morning its both. And only when i hammer it too, when i'm cruising steady its silent.

Q1: tighten and grease appropriately all interface points; cleats, pedals, cranks, rings.

Q2: Depends on if the 32s can clear the fork and chainstay. Simple enough to try.
