The brake cable. Last time i had to cut it. I don't want to cut it this time though. Sorry for being dumb i just don't want to cut my $12 cable lol. Thanks.

If its possible for you to take a couple pictures of your setup I could give you some step by step to taking them off/reassembling.
If not, read up on some of the different kind of brake setups. Ubrakes gyros and things of that nature. There are a lot of good websites out there with misc tidbits of information if you just search! :)
