Commuting - road morph or cyclaire?

which one of these would be best for a road bike with 100+psi tyres?

Never used the Cyclaire, but I LOVE my road morph. used it a bunch and it makes pumping easy as Pie.

It's not super heavy, but it's a little long. But really not so bad. I recommend the road morph.

Watching the video, I worry about the Durability of the cord. Not to mention that is only designed for 80 PSI, which is pretty low. It'll get you home, but I'd prefer to use something designed for the job of 100 PSI or higher.

EDIT

I see they have a higher pressure one. But It still makes me nervous. The "air intake" valves worry me a bit. For durability.

I wonder how much it weighs?

Any thoughts on the Morph Mini vs regular?

I use a Road Morph G and I love it. OK, so the built in gauge isn't spot on to the pound, but it's good enough for getting things fixed properly.

I have a Road Morph (regular), and it works great, but make sure you have somewhere to stow it. The clip that holds it to the frame mount is pretty flimsy, and after mine broke I had to carry it in one of my panniers. Great pump, crappy mount.

Cyclaire? never heard of it.

Road morph! Rock solid, best pump I've ever owned. I used friend's on a ride about 5 years ago, bought one the next day. I let people use mine, they soon buy them as well.

Get the Road Morph it's a no brainer.

Edit: Addition: I broke my frame mount they (topeak) sent me a new and improved mount FOR FREE! This one has been rock solid and the customer service was perfect.

I've never had any problems with the Mount, But I'll echo it's greatness. Great pump.

Also, the road morph mini is harder to pump, and it's size really doesn't effect the weight THAT much.

The regular morph is ace. Get it.

Road/Mountain Morph. It's a great pump and the only non-CO2 "mini" pump I'll ever buy.

I bought the Mountain Morph/G, basicaly because I could get ti for $22. A great pump, which pumps easily to 90 PSI for my tires. It will go more.

As far as the gauge, it's the same one as on the Road Morph, and it's only 2# high at 90 PSI. I consider that pretty decent.

It's really a great pump, even if it is a little long.....

Any thoughts on the Morph Mini vs regular?

Everybody seems to go with the big one, but I love my Mini Morph. It fits easily into my bag o' gear (tube, tools, blinkies, etc) that goes into my pannier for the commute, and it also mounts nicely on the bottom of the down tube of my road bike (was going to mount it on the top tube, but the mount got in the way of the brake cable).

No doubt it takes more strokes to pump up a tire, but I find it acceptable. 700x23s don't hold that much air anyway, and though my 26x1.6 commuter tires take a while, I once succeeded in accidentally over-inflating one...

ok got it today, much smaller than i thought so i am pleased. will try it out over the weekend.

i have a turbo morph (mountain morph with a gauge) and its freakin awesome...haven't needed to use it on my road bike yet, but i have it mounted on the seat tube to keep it down low and out of the way. i did however use it on the trails a couple weeks ago to help a friend out who got a flat. pumped up a 26x2.2 tire to 40 psi in under a minute, i could not believe how fast it pumped the tire up... i love it now
