For a couple of weeks Ive been roaming around 199, all this week I've been below 195 (192 today), so I can oficially celebrate.

I want to thank you all for the great inspiration and motivation I get from this forums. Although I don't actively post, I do read the forum everyday. 6 months ago this forum was part of the reason I started saving $ to buy a bike, and I'm glad I did. It has been a complete life changing experience, a totally new lifestyle I love.

Progress pics (shirtless, click at your own risk) (http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/kache_98/more.php?section=progresspics) I'll be posting recent ones soon.
