I completely took my bike apart except for the headset for cleaning and was wondering which parts i would need to grease/lube up before installing. thanks

All bearings that are not totally sealed: headset, bottom bracket, front and rear hubs, and pedals. Also the seat post if it is metal to metal.

I also throw some grease onto threads that get alot of torque. Pedals, Threaded hubs and bottom bracket shells. It keeps threads from stripping, and it's much easier to take off.

Any bearings that you can get the grease into.

Any metal to metal joint (seatpost and seat tube is one, the fork's steer tube is another just to prevent rusting inside the head tube or under the stem.

Any threads.

So... pretty much anything that isn't painted or polished, right?

U mean like cables wo housing? And attrack dirt for no good reason? I use heavy silicon here.
