HI,
I finally found my set up on the Bike , Shoes, Clips,Seat.
It really make a big differece if your comfortable with your bile set up.
My legs feel great almost like its effortless Almost . The pedals almost feel like they are
attached to me. My balance has really improved, I can shift my weight on the pedals
and the bike follows. I recover from short sprints in seconds instead of feeling fatigue.
I don't feel off balance.
things that helped me.
1. move the seat back almost to the end 6ft 2in guy with long legs 36 in.
this really helped my legs.
2. measured the seat post my set up is 5 3/4 in (good to know) wrote it on the frame.
3. Found a seat with a narrow nose, this helped the boys find a place to rest without rub.
4. find the right speed for the gear , its easier to go 15 mph in 7 th gear than 12mph,
right gear for the speed = crank revolutions speed helps slower isn't always easier.
I havent lost any real weight but I look thinner my arms are more defined, and my gut is going down a bit. Not bad for 57 y/0 guy with high Blood pressure.
Doug
