I bought some rims from them off their ebay store in January. I was kind of an idiot and totally screwed up the order and had to contact them and ask them to change pretty much everything about it, and they did it gladly. There was also some miscalculation in the shipping charges and they fixed it before it shipped out. On top of it all, they were always cool about it. Even though I was being a bit of a moron they had the class to, you know, not rub it in.
Just a few days ago I finally had all the necessary stuff together to start building my wheels and when I get to building the rear, the seam on the rim is all screwy. I don't need to go into detail but it seemed like the rim was defective in some way so I emailed Ben's with what little original purchase info I had and bingo bango, they're sending me a new rim and making sure to check it beforehand for the same issue. I bought the rims 7 months ago and their first reply to me was basically "we're sending you a new rim". No runaround or anything.
I've been really pleased with how great they've been, go buy seom stuff from them.
