A few days back I was riding with a few friends and one of them pushed a bin over, it fell onto my back wheel and bent it beyond rideablity, so I phoned up halfords and asked if they had any rear wheels for my bike, 26" with 6 rear gear cogs.
They told me they were out of stock until wednesday, so today I went in and purchased the wheel. The guy came out with a wheel with no cogs on it, so I said, "It's for a bike with 6 rear wheel cogs, as it's 18 gear" and he said something like, "you have to do it yourself, if you come back we can do it for you..." but it was 10 minutes before closing and I live about 4 miles from halfords.
So here I am, I have the following:
1 Bent bike wheel with cogs.
1 New wheel without cogs.
My problem:
I need to move the cogs from the broken wheel to the new, unbroken wheel.
How do I do it? I'd prefer if I didn't have to go and buy even more crap, because I've had so many damn problems with this bike and spent at lest enough to buy another, and yes I know, halfords is ****, but it was my only choice.
