After a month riding daily about 15 miles, I am now riding daily for 2 weeks in the evening about 25 miles for an hour and a half. I do not really have more time to expand that rides up to 2 hours. (I would like it though)
I like to loose weight - still am, but would this daily schedule blow away the fat belly eventually?
(I am not on a diet, just like to eat a bit more than is good for me)
Oh, I may use the Saturday to ride longer , but hey, there are a lot of things one can do in the week end.:roflmao2:

while it might not happen immediately, ive been riding about 5 months and have lost close to 55 pounds, ive still got the little extra belly fat that is being stubborn, just give it time it will slowly or rapidly in my case just melt off

Are you losing weight? If you are losing weight, then eventually your belly will go too.
If you aren't, then cut down on refined carbs like sugar, white bread, and white rice, which are just useless calories.
I lost 100lbs, now my problem is I got no more fat to lose, and I am still 195lbs ;)
