I think he's a unique singer...sometimes his voice seems a bit funny, but I really only like his duets, for example, his songs with Crystal Bernard and Amy Grant. Other wise..meh.

You should also include an "Only in Chicago" choice in the poll question. His involvement in Chicago was the only available salve to soothe the grating that he does on a listener's ears. Otherwise, he's a love duet singin' non-musician.

He's not bad. Chicago was all over the radio when I was a kid/teen. You couldn't avoid them if you wanted to. Kind of like brainwashing.
