Clydesdales/Athenas (200+ lb / 91+ kg) - One Salsa Casseroll, please!

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
After getting my current bike measurements recorded and converted to the appropriate frame size, my LBS is ordering me a Salsa Casseroll Triple today. I'm really psyched and glad I spent a while doing research - this really is an ideal bike for the kind of riding I'll be doing.

If things go smoothly I should have the bike by next weekend. I know the drill and will share plenty of photos when it arrives. :)

I thought the same thing !!! Anything with Salsa sounds good to me. kirby
I thought it was food too, i read a recipe today for bachelor (which is what I am) juevos rancheros which sounds similar to a salsa casseroll. cook some scrambled eggs, cook 2 microwave burritos, cut up the burritos, put the eggs on them, smother in salsa. I know, lots of fat, very unhealthy, but I thought I'd share anyway. honestly, it sounds pretty tasty to me.

Maybe I'm the only one but I happen to think that painted stem is pretty ugly. Other than that it looks like a nice bike for commuting and similar uses.
Congrats!!!!!!!!
My casseroll is currently getting a set of honjo fenders and velo orange rack installed (not entirely an easy process). We can be casseroll amigos after that! :D
PS: I would buy one of their painted stems in a heartbeat if they offered it separately. (sorry cooleric1234, you have no taste. ;) )
