I'll be up in Skaneateles this weekend and I'll be doing the loop around the lake. Anyone up there care to join me? I believe it is about 30 miles and I do a brisk but not crazy pace, 18-20 on the flats, and I'm not a great climber. Sunday morning is probably best for me, but I think I'm still there on Monday too.

Did the loop last weekend, alone (other than the trusty ipod). Great riding, try to get out there whenever I can these days.

No idea but a friend from college grew up there and I hadn't heard the name in a loong time so figured I'd bump the thread.

My wife and I got married in Skaneateles. It's a gorgeous place, and I've always wondered how the riding in the area is. Maybe we'll have to go back up one of these days and bring our bikes.

I never got a chance to ride. Oh well. There were thunderstorms off an on all weekend and Monday. Every time I said I was going to chance it, it would start to rain.
