Hey there
I want to get the best possible fenders for my bike, it seems like the cascadias are what everyone recommends.

My bike is exactly like the one below. It has got the front lockable suspension fork. will I be able to use the fenders if I close the shocks so they do not move up and down.

No, you can't use those as your bike likely does not have the necessary eyelets. Look at the Topeak Defender fender. A bracket screws to the bottom of the steerer tube and the fenders snap into them.

For the rear the Topeak Defender just gets strapped around the seat post.
