Spending long wkends in Branford the month of Aug and looking to hook up to do some riding with others in the area. Generally cruise at 19+mph on the flats and generally look to do 50-60mi in a stretch.

Let me know if interested.

Also, much appreciated if you can let me know of any riding clubs in the area (I am aware of the Sun morning Zane rides).

Check with some of the local bike shops to see if they have groups that go out in the area. I'm not sure if they do, but Zane's on Rt 1 in Branford is probably the biggest shop in the area. But check with others as well.

Zane's does a fast ride on Sun morning. Rode with them once and got dropped about 40 mi into a 65 mi ride.

Will give it another go probably on Sun, but looking for other options (will try some of the other bike shops).

I have seen some groups riding around when I was in the car and hoping to track down their source.
