It has snowed here nearly every day for a week. Since August of '03 I have been biking 12 + miles every day. I only missed a handfull of days from August till Mid January.
Well, now the snow has been relentless and has basically knocked me off the bike. I know that I still could go out and ride in the snow, but there is like 10" on the ground in some places and it doesn't appeal to me. I don't have a trainer or Gym membership and won't either in the near future due to budget restraints.
The last time I have been on the bike was Saturday, basically 4 days ago. It isn't looking good for me to get on any time soon. So how long will it take before I really start to lose my conditioning? My legs have been sort of "sore" the past couple days from not riding. This happened to me one other time when i didn't ride for several days in a row. (the only other time  )
I feel like I am really losing something here, this sucks!!!
