Are the Kilo TTs from BikeIsland.com the same as the Mercier track frame?

If they're not, does anybody have any pictures a completed bike?

Differences: the frameset does not have logos, and does have a water bottle mount.

AHH! But in fact I did read every thread. There wasn't a part about anybody mentioning BikeIsland.
I just assumed they were all personal carpaint/powercoat/rattle can jobs.

That ad on bikeisland.com doesn't specify that it's the kilo TT frame or Mercier or anything to lead you to believe it's the same as the Mercier Kilo TT sold on bikesdirect.com. It just reads: "2008 Cro Mo Steel Old School Fixed Gear /Single Speed Frame Set"
