12000 of your closet friends will be riding across the bridges this Sunday. Maybe take a different rout.
Hope everyone gets through it safe :thumb:
Just slow down, take a chill pill, appreciate the fact we live in a city that will close roads for a "fun ride", enjoy the sights, ride safe, help those that need help and be a part of our wonderful cyclingcentric community.
Ride the bridges and love it!!!!!

I can only wish that Seattle would summon up the political will to do something that cool....
The auto uber alles folks up here are up in arms whining about three minor road closings on three successive Sundays for short car free areas...
I headed out to Hagg Lake instead this morning. It was my first time making that ride. Everything I read said it is very crowded on summer weekends, but today I saw maybe a dozen each of cyclists and motorists. I don't know if it was because I was in and out of there before 11:30 or because of the cool, overcast weather or because everybody was at Bridge Pedal, but today was a great day to ride around Hagg Lake.

My wife and I went to the Bridge Pedal for the first time this year. It was very crowded but as you long as you be easy and watch what was going it was a great ride and good site seeing. Nice to see the city from the bridges and stop to take pictures. Usually you are doing anywhere from 35-60 across those bridges so the view was much better.
