I use a 42 in Sidi but thinking about getting a pair of Shimano R215's. Are Shimano and Sidi equal in fit? I do know that the Shimano's are a little wider at the toe box than the Sidi but I am not sure about the length.

I wear 46 Shimano and 44.5 Sidi.

Looks like you are going to buy them on-line... I would be careful and try them on in real life first, to forego disappointment. (And while your at it, you might as well support the LBS that gives you the opportunity to test those shoes. ;)

I wear the same size in both brands. But I have a narrow foot.
