Hi, I just bought a caad 9 frameset 2007 on ebay... So I need to buy seat post and stem. could you tell me if the seat post tube is 27.... mm or 31.8??

and fork is 1 1/8 so is it A 31.8 stem?? excuse me for this question.. I dont know anything about that!!!

that last number has to do with the size of the handlebars you plan to use. So you need a stem for a 1 1/8 steerer, but the clamp can either be 27mm or 31.8mm, depending on which bars you have/want.
