looking to buy either a dinotte 400l or a cygolite dualcross pro lithium. Which one is the better lite?

Hard to say as the Dinotte 400l is quite new and hasn't been reviewed much and I never owned one. Dinotte has an excellent reputation though so I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them. I do however have one Cygolite light from the early 1990's and the thing still works to this day. It is 30 watts total with halogen bulbs. The Dinotte seems to put out more lumens than the Dualcross, but if you can get the dualcross cheap enough then I would go for it.
