i just came back from a ride and i noticed again that my non-drive end cap for my bb is coming loose again. it started coming loose when i learned how to ship stop i think. could that be the reason? what can i do so the threads start coming out again? i ve read about putting teflon tape but any advic on locktite maybe? heres a pic

its on my fetish track attack and its 68mm. when installing, i tighten it lots just as the LBS instructed to. please help cause this is like the 3rd time this happened.

ps: its sugnio messenger cranks with sugnio 68mm cartridge bb

pps: i cant find any guides on installing a cartridge bb, does anyone know where i can find one so i can make sure im installing it correctly

you can use locktite blue or a bottom bracket lockring from a old bb.

Maybe try using a teflon based grease, i've also heard that some people use grease and teflon tape if it keeps coming loose.
