Ok - It was an awesome day. Met up with someone I met on an earlier ride and away we went down the trail. After my ride yesterday (41.6 miles) - I thought a nice easy ride. Well...we got carried away and went for a total of 45.7 Miles (3 hours 17.5 minutes about 13.9 Min Mile avg. 2% grade on the trail max.)
Started in Hiram and went to Rockmart which was fun!
Hope everyone had great safe rides today. It seems amazing that i coudl ride 42 miles yesterday and go out and do it again. Though today was flat - it is great to know that I am improving and getting stronger. Hopefully skinnier, too. That however takes even more time than getting stronger on the bike.... But it's all good.
