skanking biker

I am going to be purchasing my first roadbike shortly. Seeing as I already have 3 other bikes, "the boss" is making me lose one of them. I have a GF mountain bike, a 2005 Binchi Pista and a 07 IRO SE. I should probably part ways with one of my fixed gears, but I can't decide which one. Its like back in high school when you dated two chicks at once and they oth found out about each other and you had to choose one.
I made significant mods to both. The Pista has velocity deep V's, bullhorns, a TT brake lever, 105 front brake, brooks saddle----its my "main bike"---i probably put 100 miles on it a week. The IRO I love because aside from the headseat and BB, I assembled the rest of the bike myself and have to purchase one piece each month. The IRO has velocity aeros, pista drop bars, a Brooks special saddle, sugino xd cranks. The Pista is a tad big for my liking, but the IRO is a tad small. I have the IRO geared lower and use it for commuting. I have toyed with the idea of putting thicker tires on the IRO and a mustasche bar and fenders and using it kinda as a cross/pea graval/fire road steed.
In short, I have emotional attachments to both bikes. The Pista has been my constant companion for 3 years and has endured 2 metric centuries and regular use. The IRO is my "baby"--its my leisurly ride, tool around town, go out with the girlfriend bike. Aside from the paint chipping whenever I look at it, i love it because I waited so long for all the parts to arrive and spent a good deal of time putting it together.
So which one to sell/trade? I am facing an existential crisis here!:(
If it matters, the new roadbike will be mostly for long weekend rides/charity events/group rides.
Please help!
