Saw this on another message board and had to share it here. Guy took this picture in Lubbock, Texas yesterday. Not sure what's going on here, but it looks pretty cool to me. :thumb:

Thought at first it was a tallbike, but no upper bike...just an upside down bike. I'm glad I don't have to ride it.

Yeah he kinda does...only angrier.
That cat on the bike looks like he's ready to kick OP's ass for pointing that camera at him.

Hell yeah! That is what I like to see! I tried to mock up a rack made from the frame on my small tall like that.

looked like a TV to me; too small to be a boom box and no giant speakers.:D

Its actually a bookshelf stereo system i think.

on the handlebars is the 'head unit' and hanging off the rear ...uhh.... rack is the speakers. I drew arrows to show the speaker wire.

**edit** the plastic bag likely has a battery in it. I know its bizarre but i've seen dudes in Detroit do this kinda stuff...one guy carries the head unit and the battery and his two friends each walk with a speaker and they just walk down the sidewalk bumpin beats.

I would think riding very far would be a pain in the body, cause I would get tired quick...

my first "tallbike" was built this way. i had never actually seen another tallbike before, and was just tooling around with parts, and switched out the cranks, headset, and rear wheel, and then used multiple sets of handlebars and stems and tubing to get some handlebars up high. you rode it standing up. imagine this dude's bike, but with big huge apehangers. mine was a wobbly-ass piece of crap. i wish i had a picture, that thing was rad.

ok so the bottom bike looks like a girls bike...how'd he get that angle on the front forks? wouldn't you think that an upsidedown bike's head tube would produce a negative angle?

no, it makes it steeper. think about where the front axle now is in relation to
where it would be if the bike were assembled normally. plus it's upside down, so that pushes it even more forward. fork rake just makes it more interesting.
