Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Looks to be good weather. Passport is found. Look forward to the ride. Anybody else going?

Alas this year I didn't get registered in time, I am doing my own version next month. Have a great ride! Are you a first timer?
Any advice would be appreciated.
We have been working the tandem pretty hard this summer so we should have the legs for it.
Went out this weekend when the weather looked marginal and picked up a rainproof jacket for my stoker. Didn't go as far as putting fenders back on the bike though. 5 day forcast is now looking pretty promising.
Being from the S end, I don't think we have ridden any of the course, except the parts that are covered in the MS 150 ride.
Look forward to meeting some new people and a nice ride.

I have always had good weather, but the year before everybody got caught in a pretty nasty squall up by Arlington. It is not supported as well as a lot of the rides out there. And it can be miles between stores and food. So be prepared with your own snacks. Arlington seems to be the best place for lunch there are a few restaurants in town. The Second day is better for getting food since you spend most of the time in the Vancouver area. It is hilly but the ones to watch for are, in Woodenville there is a climb up to Woodenville-Duvall rd. Chukanut Dr was surprisingly easy except there is a long hill before you drop down in to Fairhaven. The only other hill worth mentioning is on the second day about 5 miles on the other side of the border. Affectionately known as "The Wall" a very steep but short climb (about 4 blocks).
The best part is they buy you a beer at the end
Most important is have fun, I have always met so great people on this ride!

I'm going too. Could be a scorcher. I'm going as much to party as to ride, although I'll probably keep it to two beers Friday night. It will mostly be a fun ride like Rhapsody last year.
