Hey there, been lurking for a while and decided I should start posting!

My name is Miah, im a 27 year old male in Seattle WA. I have never owned a car and always ride everywhere I go. I decided to try fixed gear by getting a Pista and I love it. I have a bit of a death wish and ride very dangerously through traffic to get my thrills. I don't care what people say about the Pista it's really fun and built pretty well. Also I like chrome bikes, they are neat. I keep changing it, but here is a somewhat recent pic. It's geared at 47/20 most of the time for all the hills in my way, but I'm leaving it on 47/17 for a while to try and get used to it and be fast enough to compete in some alley cats. Anyway, thanks for the great site! It even has a skid patch calculator!? Nice.

Hi Miah, what part of Seattle? I'm in Kent, and you can see me travelling on the Interurban, Cedar River, and a few other places.

Welcome to BF, and feel free to PM me with any questions :) !

Central district for now. Been meaning to try the interurban ever since I lived in South Seattle but still haven't!

You bum!

It's a nice, long, boring trail, but you can get in some good sprints in spots. Or, you can ride along the Green River Trail, which is far more scenic!
