tour in Michigan. I have some time off and am in looking at the maps nothing jumped out at me. I would be departing from Saginaw Michigan. Anyone have any suggestions? I could manage 60-75 mile days. I have been car free for three years so am stuck with starting in Saginaw.

I don't have any suggestions, but there are a multitude of fall festivals in Michigan. (saw your cross-post in the touring section) A google search should turn up several within pedaling range. A lot will depend on your exact tour dates. The blues festival in Tawas is a favorite of ours. Have you considered a one way ride with someone picking you up at the end?
I find myself in a similar situation. Looking for something to do in a week, leaving from home. (South Bend, Indiana area) I think I'm going to ride from home following the lake MI shoreline as closely as possible, ending up in Mackinac City, There is a century ride in Mackinaw, and a bridge ride the following day. I'd like to time it to hit those. Planning on fairly long days (60-90+ miles) and camping along the way. My wife will meet me in Mackinac on Friday, and I'll ride back with her on Sunday.
