arent you forgetting that "The Nike Dunk Gyrizo Men's BMX Shoe is built on the same last as Lance Armstrong's famous cleat, to fuel your up and down pedaling strokes. " (nike.com)....
Because everyone's feet are the same as Lance's, and you can only pedal efficiently and powerfully if you wear shoes built on the same ones that Lance wore.

yeah those colors suck. black on black? red on red? no thanks. not to mention a disgusting red/white fade. i just don't get it.
and the biggest problem is that with nike shoes, you can't just wait around for the prices to come down. because they won't. i wish shoes were like iphones.... wait 2 months and you can get a better version for 1/3 the price.

About $150 overpriced
Buy them, don't wear them, sell them for $1000 in five years. It's the Dunk Thing to Do.
