I am thinking of building a recumbent and need some help with finding parts. I am looking for a fork to fit a 16” wheel. I would like a fork that has V brake bosses already attached to save me the time and effort of welding them on my self.
Can any one point me in the direction of a good place to buy a fork like this?
Also where can I find head tubes?
And is there and requirements or rules of thumb for the length of the head tube?

Thanks

Spicer, or any QBP dealer, will list a lot of forks. You need a source of wheels to build a bike, and they don't exist withouth forks to fit them. What can be an issue is whether the offset for the comon use will actually work on your bike. Some of the low designs like the Rans will use a very low angle head that migh not work with a general fork.
