Done my research and have decided to purchase either the Hour or Kilo. The question is whether I should buy the Hour now, which will ship in mid-September, or wait until they re-stock the Kilo.

Your choice. Both bikes are good, but people here seem to favor the Kilo a bit more. It all depends on how long you want to wait :)

I received an email from BD that said the Kilo will be available early Sept-early Oct.

I received the same email a few minutes ago. I guess I can wait for the Kilo since I won't be receiving the Hour until about that same time anyways. They say patience is a virtue, but I want mine now!

kilo has fatter tubing and the fork has a crown. The geometry is tighter and more upright. no braze ons on the main triangle. Personally I think the kilo is a bit prettier but it all depends on what you want brotha
