Here I am, stuck inside on yet another perfect riding day cause of a chest cold. Nothing like living in idlyic conditions, and being stuck with a respiratory problem. I only get to ride on the weekends, and had my wife not stopped me, I'd of rode anyway, but my head knows I shouldn't train while sick. ARGGG!
Anyone else go through the head-over-heart problem?
