I just realized I've been been a mountain biker for 17 years... I'm not bragging; I know I'm a relative newcomer to the sport. I'm just pointing out that when you get to the point where you've been doing something for that long, you're gettin' old...

Bought my first MTB, if you call a Peugeot Orient Express a MTB, in 1983. Bought my first roadie, a Trek 300 series in 1984. NOOB.

That wasn't my point... My point is now that you're way older than me...:p

Did you have to take off your shoes to figure that out?

I wear a necklace with the toes of my most favorite victims on it to aid me in situations such as this.

Aren't you supposed to be somewhere else with someone else's toes and some baby oil?:innocent:

I wasn't even a stain on a pillow in 1964. Ok, that's my last stab at the older crowd. (Notice I said older, not old :) )

Class of 1964 represent!

Maalox and nose drops and needles for knitting,
Walkers and handrails and new dental fittings,
Bundles of magazines tied up in string,
These are a few of my favorite things.

Cadillacs and cataracts, and hearing aids and glasses,
Polident and Fixodent and false teeth in glasses,
Peacemakers, golf carts and porches with swings,
These are a few of my favorite things.

When the pipes leak, when the bones creak,
When the knees go bad,
I simply remember my favorite things,
And then I don't feel so bad.

Hot tea and crumpets and corn pads for bunions,
No spicy hot food or food cooked with onions,
Bathrobes and heating pads and hot meals they bring,
These are a few of my favorite things.

Back pain, confused brains and no need for sinnin',
Thin bones and fractures and hair that is thinnin',
And we won't mention our short shrunken frames,
When we remember our favorite things.

When the joints ache, when the hips break,
When the eyes grow dim,
Then I remember the great life I've had,
And then I don't feel so bad.

Wow! That makes me (and my mother) feel young. She wasn't even born in 64' (she was born in 66'). Knowing that, I wasn't even IN the picture.

Hehe, I'm kidding jsharr. You're not old.

None of you guys are.

She's too old and fragile to pick up a mountain bike frame
