I just realized I've been been a mountain biker for 17 years... I'm not bragging; I know I'm a relative newcomer to the sport. I'm just pointing out that when you get to the point where you've been doing something for that long, you're gettin' old...

Bought my first MTB, if you call a Peugeot Orient Express a MTB, in 1983. Bought my first roadie, a Trek 300 series in 1984. NOOB.

Heh... those were all my friends' older sibs.

In 1976 I was serving at Marine Barracks, Naval Ammunition Depot, McAlester Oklahoma.

I wear the santa hat every year. my son wore one ever christmas season since he was about 5 We lost him in a car wreck in 1997 So I have carried on the tradition ever since.

My car was built in 1964. My car is old.
