We have a rumpy manx kitty (no tail) about 7 weeks old, all black, female, and we surrendered her 4 brothers and sisters to the SPCA a few weeks back. They couldn't take her because she wasn't heavy enough. Anyways, my family has two college tuitions to pay for and there's no way we can keep the cat. Other problem is is she seems to have some sort of sickness with her bowels; there's always fecal stuff hanging on her butt and it goes all over the laundry room floor and walls, so we have had to lock her in the laundry room closet or kennel cage, and the antibiotics and stuff we got from Pet Smart helped for a few days.
We're going to take her to Fort Worth animal shelter cause they accept cats, but they said on the phone that they get ~200 cats a day, so they'll prolly end up killing this kitty cause she's semi-sick. She's really a sweet kitten and I'll feel horrible is they do euthanize her, but there's not much we can do anymore because another trip to the vet is way out of our budget.
Now if there's any of you who can try to help her get better and could possibly make her an outside cat if her crapping problem is just typical of a rumpy cat, that would be so helpful for her. I'd be willing to drive 30 miles to anyone who is interested. If you're on a safe farm or have an area where she can grow up outside or inside a house if she gets better would be most beneficial, so just let me know. I can post pictures also.
