I need to buy a 700c wheelset for a frame that has a 126mm rear spacing. I am assuming the front is standard. I am hoping to buy the wheels already built up, but I will buy hubs and rims separate and get them built if need be

However, I am not sure what kind/size of hubs and cassette I need to fit my frame. I would like to go italian since it is an Olmo frame.

If anyone could point me in the direction to a reasonably priced wheelset or a used set I would appreciate it!

Thank you so much.

Ebay is a good place to find 126mm spaced wheels, new old stock or used. It sounds like you are just building this bike up and have not selected the parts yet?

Yeah, I just got the frameset and I going to build it up. I have most of the parts scrounged up but I need a new wheelset. If I got a different length hub, how much hassle is it to respace? Also, any good websites for decent priced wheels?

Uniglide cassette would be harder to come across than a Hyperglide (HG) -- I would steer clear for that reason alone.

Are these uniglide too? (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=280256819277&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT&ih=018)

Or perhaps these Ofmega? (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=220267788096&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT&ih=012)

Forget searching for old stuff in 126. Just spread the frame to 130 and use whatever the heck 7/8/9/10 speed you want. Respace it yourself or get your LBS to do it. Can't be more than $20. The upside is you now have a huge plethora of wheel choices.

Don't bother looking for uniglide stuff, it's a dead end.
