Younger brother and I are thinking about a bike ride from Detroit to Cleveland. Does anyone have any route maps for such an endeavor?

I'm not sure of the best route but once in Ohio you'd want to take OH-2 east. It's along Lake Erie for awhile and fairly quiet until you get near Sandusky. That's a long ride by the way. It's over 2.5 hours by car.
Thanks, Mike.
1. US Route 6 is nice through Cleveland's West suburbs - I think you'll find it an enjoyable ride.
2. Would you consider a ferry ride through the Lake Erie islands? I believe there is service at Leamington and Kingsville on the Canada side, to Pelee Island, then to Sandusky. That would avoid some tough roads too.
