Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Ok, I have looked at many topics, videos and all that and I cannot find one that goes into good detail about popping your rear wheel off the ground.
I have a little bit of the hang of getting the front wheel off but I cannot understand the motions it takes to get to rear wheel off the ground.
If someone could either explain how this is done or send me a link to a page that gives good detail about that, Id be really greatful.

kind of a stupid question. sorry, just had to throw that out there.
once your front wheel is up in the air, just jump up with the bars and suck your knees up. the bike should follow you up.

when you jump/tuck your knees up, point your toes down. this will help your shoes grip the pedals. also push the bars foward as you tuck. the bike itself does the same basic movements as a skateboard when you ollie. hope this helps.
