Well, there's less than 2 months left to train before the season starts (at least for me). I was planning on doing my first time trial at the Sandy Hook TT in New Jersey. I was wondering if any of you have ridden this race, and if you have any advice for me? What sort of course is it? I imagine it is quite flat. It is very short (like 6 or 7 miles) so hard interval training and lactate threshold training should already be underway? I feel I have a good endurance base that I managed to keep over the winter, and am now focusing more on speed and power. There's not much time left! Any comments on that particular race/course and any advice for the last 6 or 7 weeks of training prior to that race will be much appreciated! Maybe I'll see some of you there?

Thanks!
Tom
