Wow little overwhelmed with the amount of goups and topics in these forums. So I hope this is the right place to post this. I have a "less exspenive" bike that I have been riding for a few months, fits great, but not to happy with the shifting. The bike has, which I assume are low cost stanard equipment and sizes,

Shimano TY-32A front derailleur
Shimano TY-22-7 rear derailleur
Shimano 13-28T 7-speed freewheel

For someone who rides 3-4 mornings a week on pathed bike trails...maybe 8-10 miles(any further and I would have to get up to early, lol). These have been good, I'm a gadget geek and want to upgrade. Any suggestions on which, if not all, of these that I should replace and with what?

All new to me -, but only afetr a few months, I'm feeling better, breathing easier, legs hurt somedays, but loving it.

Shifting problems can be caused by all kinds of things, but since you've got all Shimano stuff it isn't a compatibility issue.
I find that bad alignment of the derailleurs and binding shift cables are the most common problems.
The rear derailleur pulley wheels should be perfectly parallel to the frame and rear wheel. Get it checked at a shop with an alignment tool if it looks off. The front derailleur's outer cage plate should be exactly parallel with the chainrings. Loosen the mount bolt and rotate it around the seattube to achieve this if it is off.
Oil the cables, or replace them with some decent quality ones with proper housing to improve the quality of shifting quite a lot.
