Has anyone heard anything new regarding the assault by an NYC police officer on a Critcal Mass rider last month? Call it vindictive but I has a keen interest to see how the city responds to this.

That's a short time in which to expect much to happen, other than arraignment if he was charged. Ir there is disciplinary action from the PD, that'll take months. He may be suspended without pay.

We'll have to wait for the annual police ball when they have the awards ceremony, they don't want to spoil the surprise.
