I am trying to determine the RAL color code for the frame in the picture. Any ideas or guesses?

What do you say about RAL-7032 (pebble gray) ?

Looks like this:

However, there are several colors that are quite similar.

Don't guess! Call Tiger Drylac and get them to send you a full set of color chips. I learned, the hard way, that online colors often look completely different in person... The color cards are free and they seem to send them out pretty promptly.

The background doesn't help, it should be neutral coloured to help.
but my guess would be RAL 1000 ( Green Beige) or RAL 7034 ( Yellow grey) (http://www.shepherdmarine.com/pdf/ral1.pdf)
