The kittens are hungry. I kid you not. You see, we have a mother cat who has 3 very cute kittens. The kittens have taken to robbing the food of our dog who has figured out that perhaps munching on kittens will not be well received.

So, I mentioned that the ponds are stocked with fish, and there are surely a lot of volunteer fishies to make a snack for said kittens.

I have a thrown net, which I should be able to use to get some undersized fish for the kittens (and mom too). The question, do you think I will succeed or will the kittens steal more of Silky's food tonite? :o

Can kittens eat fish? I'd be worried about the fish bones getting caught in their throats or something... but maybe only because it happened to me once..

I'm pretty sure those little fish don't even have bones, and if they do they are like the size of a hair. You should be alright but your best bet would be to put all the fishies in a bag and smash them up with a hammer first :)

I can imagine the high pitched "meeewwwwsss!" as you smash the fish in a bag. You might want to have a sturdy wall between you and the kittens.

Oh, and the kittens will keep stealing Silky's food. You know, for fun.
