I am looking for a headtube reamer/facer, if anyone has one they want to sell please let me know. Or, if anyone can direct me to somewhere that has good prices on one please help! The local shop was going to charge me 40 bucks to face my headtube, and since i plan to build a bunch of frames this is just ridiculous.

Is the Park one the cheapest? Any other ways to face and ream my headtube?

Thanks

Bike Tools Etc. (http://www.biketoolsetc.com/) has quite a few tools, some of them cheap (e.g. Ice Toolz). Dunno about headtube facing and reaming, though. You might look around for a bike shop with more reasonable rates... Or watch eBay and hope a deal pops up.

I imagine the park would be ok. You want to look into this purchase carefully. I would do a search on FF. There have been complaints about some of the cutters not providing an ideal fit for the average headset. In fact, the average custom frame seems prone to recieve only a few different types of headset so one that fits those (CsHuRbIlSi KmIiNnGal) would be ideal.

Check out Strawberry they have good photos from which someone with a lathe could make their own tool with just the reamer facer purchased.
