Yeah, Watch a cyclist slam into the sign that is blocking the entire width of the bike path. I bet a cop would cite the cyclist for 'road rage'.

If riding that stretch, I would have been happy to see the sign and simply used the wide buffer area to the left of it. I would also seek out the decision makers and send letters thanking them for the lane.

It is a nice buffer lane. Seems like they could have easily put the sign right in the buffer... which would cause motorists to go wide there... something of an asset I would say.
