Just noticed that TdP was on a new date this year - October 5, first Sunday instead of third. Coincides with the Fells Point Festival. Also a different start, Canton at the Korean War Memorial Park.
Route looks mostly the same as last year, out to North Point for the long route.
If anyone is planning to go, the early-bird registration ends on Aug 20.

Probably not going to do it this year. The route was ridiculously bumpy and glassy last year. Felt like my bike was going to vibrate apart.

Except for the stone pavers in Fells Point and couple of rough patches in the industrial area and on the road to North Point I didn't notice much trouble with the roads.
This will be my 7th TdP. Signed up this morning and looking forward to it.
Most of the route was fine last year, and the 40 mile option was nice. Had a pace line going for most of the ride back. The only issue was the glass out at North Point. So, may skip that part if they haven't cleaned it up and make it a 35 miler.
Signed up!

I sent an email to OLC pointing out the glass problems from last year and suggesting they have a sweeping party before the tour.

Awesome. Did you see the busted TV and other junk there last year as well? I really hope they cleaned it up.
