they have steel track frames for like £150($275) which seems pretty cheap.
or does the low price mean steer clear?

the $275 Spicer frame is basically the same as the Kilo TT/KHS flite frames that are all over the place. it's a decent deal and Gene Spicer is a hell of a nice guy.
