my sprockets just wear out. i ride a lot cause i live only 2 miles from my skatepark and local spots, so i pedal there cause its cheaper than gas.

I live about 15 miles from the closest 2 local parks and sometimes i ride 30 miles downtown to ride street or a bigger park. I ride there all the time, ive never had to change a sprocket cause it was worn out...

mine is like a wave. I felt it today. its steep on one side and like a ramp on one side.
My chain has a hella bad tight spot. I think it's because i'm running 22 - 8.

Well i had this sproclet all last year and i rode to school which was 3 miles there. I dont see riding distances doing anything but maybe moving the teeth a bit.

A loose chain+riding longer distances can have a fair effect on the sporcket.
Especially if its an imperial.
