I saw this in my latest Harbor Freight catalog:-

i am not a "light guy" but with 3 C batteries, i would think it would be a little large to mount on a bike. as far as the rest of it, i am sure one of the light experts will chime in.

a 3c light is much larger than you would think.. It can be done but is on the big side..
