What is this thing all about? Why bother having a goalie? They dribble sometimes but not other times...why? How did NBC find two Americans that know enough about this sport to actually become commentators? So many questions...

Don't be mean about handball! It's the only sport at the Olympics where Iceland has been able to achieve something. :(

I'm just trying to figure out this sport. It's like one of the few non-U.S.centric sports and I know nothing about it.

Playing goaltender in team handball has to be one of the most frustrating things in sports. In hockey, there may be 30 shots on goal in a game, and the goalie stops all but two or three. In team handball, there may be 30 shots on goal, and the goalie manages to stop only two or three.

Quite entertaining to watch. I'd like to try it out sometime - but I'd be subbing out about every third time down the court. :o
