I'm planning to ride from the Cleveland area to our cabin in Emlenton PA and will be traveling thru Warren. The MapQuest route takes me on Rt 303/82 into Warren, then East into PA on RT 62 towards Sharon. Looking at my maps the road changes into interstate type roads in the city. Is there any practical way to travel thru the city on regular streets, sometime around 10:00AM? BTW, I'm not too concerned about sharing the streets with cars, I just don't want to get stuck on a iroad that changes into a divided highway.
